Insured clients are expected to present a valid card at the reception upon which they are presented with a claim form which is filled by the consultant.

Note that some medical conditions and/or treatment are not covered by insurance. If unsure please contact your insurance and confirm.

The claim form should be later presented to the cashier or biller for billing.
